Installation:
Use OpenIV for install.
Having opened its vehicles.img (#:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages)
using the command FIND to locate and delete (the DELETE) files blista.wft and blista.wtd
ADD command and add the files from the archive.
Then open the file handling.dat with any text editor (#:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data), find the line BLISTA and replace with next one:
